- Join the thumb and index fingers of both hands together. Let the first two joints of the middle, ring, and little fingers touch each other.
- Keep the index fingers facing downwards and the thumbs facing upwards.

- While holding the mudra, concentrate on slow, deep breaths—inhale and exhale steadily.
