- Rest your hands on your knees or thighs. The palms can face upwards towards the sky for Gyan Mudra or downwards for Jnana Mudra.
- Concentrate on your breath. Inhale and exhale slowly, allowing your mind to settle into a state of calm.
Duration of Practice
Gyan Mudra can be practised for 15 to 45 minutes per day. You can either complete this in one session or split it into three 15-minute sessions throughout the day.
